I don't know anything about slender xcellerate but listen losing weight is not rocket science. I lost lots of weight and all i done was eat a sensible diet and done a lot of exercise i.e running. I did more and more as i got fitter. I suggest you go to your nearest GAA pitch and run my child run. Or perhaps do some spinning at your local gym. Anyways start off with the exercise bit - exercise 3 times. Get some info on what is the best exercise regime for you - go to the fitness instructor at a gym or go on to the relevant section on boards.ie - they will inform you. You need to burn those calories.

When you are exerising regularly start examing your diet and do the recomended stuff i.e fruit and vedge, lots of water, no fatty foods etc you. know yourself. Don't bother with those stupid diets; there is no quick way out of it. A sustainable healthy diet as opposed to extreme diets is the key with regards food intake.

I'm very wary of these diet 'supplements'. It says there's concentrated green tea extract and yerba mate in them - that means lots of caffiene and yerba mate also has a stimulating effect.

If something sounds too good to be true it usually is.

The best way to lose weight is the one you've heard a thousand times - eat healthy, nutritious wholefoods (stay away from pre-packed 'diet' foods) - and move more. Exercise. Even if you did lose weight on these supplements, you would gain in back when you stop taking them, if you didn't make changes to your lifestyle.

You can bet your a$$ that Amanda Brunker has been paid a lot of money for advertising this product. The companies that market these things tend to watch for celebrities who have lost weight and then ask them to endorse their product.

Give me a shout if you would like some info about nutrition and natural healthy lifestyle (I'm qualified, it's what I work at, and on a personal level I've reduced my own weight substantially after a fairly sizeable gain in the past).... at the very least I could suggest a few good books :)

I'm with Mirror on this one? How is it a PI? If you want good diet info that is not some fad designed more to make your pocket lighter, then I suggest you check out the fitness and diet and nutrition fora on this very site.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
