    Hi all,

I know a lad who's visually impaired and who uses the XP High Contrast setting on his PC. He uses MS Word with a default font of 30 when typing.

School assignments have to be handed in on paper which takes up a lot of time because his work has to be adjusted to size 12 by someone else before it can be printed at home.

Is there any way to set the printer to print at size 12 no matter what size the document is typed?

    Thanks!

I'm don't if there is a proper way for doing it but one option might be to create a macro. Set the macro to record you pressing Ctrl+A, change of font size, Ctrl+P. then stop recording.
I do know that for web pages there is a thing called Cascading Style Sheets(CSS) that have options like media:print. These allow you to determine how a page looks when on the screen and how it looks when printed. So you can change font size color family etc. Word might have the ability to use them I'm not sure though.
