Wrestling Training

    For anybody training in the North or wanting a guest training session at their gym throughout Ireland...

    I just want to throw this out to anyone who is interested...

    Mohammad Ali (yes that is his name ) is currently training full time and would like to extend the invitation to all MMA trainers and fighters/submission grapplers to come and train with him at his Freestyle wrestling class which runs twice weekly in Derry, Northern Ireland. Mohammad is avilable for private training (anyday) and is willing to travel anywhere in Northern Ireland to take group training sessions for any clubs who are interested in hosting him.

    His list of achievements to date (a brief summary)

    2009: Selected to go to the ukraine with the british squad for international duty


    British Freestyle champion (beat the britsh captain in the final and the only fight that he lost any points)
    British number 1 @ -74kg
    N.I Champion -74kg
    Irish Champion - 74kg
    Northwest Judo Champion


    Won the british championships on a few weeks training due to the constraints of his manual job and long working hours. He took gold in both freestyle and greco.


    Former Iranian champion
    Former Iranian National team member
    He is a former Iranian number 1 @ -74kg (his photographs are still on the iranian national team website)
    Former Quatar International

    Junior Level:

    Jr freestyle world silver medalist

    Class times are as follows:

    Every thursday 8pm til 9.30pm
    Every Sunday 4pm til 5.30pm
