sky free view channel problems

    hi i just moved in to a house were there was a sky dish on the wall , i got a old sky box and hocket it up to the dish and i am receving pic ,problem is i am not getting the free view channels bbc itv ect , does anyone know why this is ?? and how to solve the probelm ?

    Still not moved so I will offer a suggestion. You still need to have a card inserted into the box to view the free view channels. Any sky card should do, they can be bought online or from sky. Should be only about E20, and once that is in, you should get your freeview channels.
