I'm considering booking a B&B that is in the center of Milan. It's called the Milan Inn. Has anyone ever stayed at this place?

It has varying reviews here http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Rev..._Lombardy.html so I am a bit apprehensive about staying there.
