just use lane 1,
its usually empty,
also if there was a car pool lane nobody would stick to the rules, and nobody would enforce the rules, so it would be absolutely pointless.

Yep, the rules we have now are generally not followed nor enforced.

Doubt a car pool lane would differ.

Wow, unjustifiable nonsense, and on Boards too. What a day.

Car pool lanes aren't a good idea in any case. They just make driving ever more attractive (possibility of quicker journey), at a time when we need to be discouraging people from doing it.
