Digital Film Copy on Ipod

Hi all, I recently purchased the Dark Knight Blu Ray special edition from the US. With it comes a digital copy of the film for download from ITunes and to transfer to Ipod.

Looks like the digital copy is for US and Canada only, any ideas how to get around this and get the digital copy to my Ipod?

Get an an American account using
- American Credit Card
- American iTunes card available from eBay (a lot may be illegal though, so be wary of what you buy)

Maybe you could try kicking up a stink with whoever distributes that blu ray over here? It IS false advertising if you can't get that digital copy....might take a while, and it's up to you if you wanna take it or not...

You missed his point, you need the CC to open the itunes account.
To open a US acc, you need a US CC

Just thinking, I've no itunes store account, i've no credit card and don't really want one either. Two questions,

1. Can I set up a store account with a Laser/Maestro card?
2. I have an american Visa (debit, not credit). I'm pretty sure that I can set up an account with this, would the fact that its american cause any issues. Although, not sure how i'd keep getting money on to this account.

1. Laser won't work
2. An American debit card might work but if Apple discover you're accessing it permanently from a different country they'll close it, also it'll be very annoying to find a way to top up a American debit card as you've already said.

Yeah I was hoping for a quick fix to get around it but there doesn't appear to be one, not to worry thanks for the suggestions
