I just moved apartment. My old apartment had a TV included and my new one doesn't so I need to buy a new one.

I was planning on going up to Belfast this Saturday to pick up this Samsung 42" Plasma. However it is now out of stock and the exchange rate is rapidly moving against me.

Richersounds suggested a LG PG3000 42" Plasma which they have in stock for £500.

Is this as good a deal as I'm going to get?

I don't know what your budget is but I'd try and stretch to a Panasonic HD Ready plasma. Good solid performer.
