Oh god. It's one thing fooking with Terminator, quite another with a literary classic (albeit one slightly slanted by previous cinematic representations). I hope at the very least Nemo isn't European :D

I'm still amazed this guy is allowed near a lens! After the two painful Charlie's Angels movies, he was given Terminator and now another big budget film. He must have some fans in Hollywood

I think people are too hard on McG. He hardly had quality scripts to work with in the Charlie's Angels films. The main problem with those movies is that they appear to have been written by a thousand movies hammering away at a thousand typewriters, but not given enough time.
And the buzz about Terminator Salvation is mostly good. Judging by the trailers it could be a quality film.

I've been argueing McG's merits the past year, sure the Charlie's Angels films sucked but do you really think any director could have saved them? Take a look at We Are Marshall, sure it's slightly cliched but all in all it's a very entertaining film. The pilot he directed for Chuck was absolutly brilliant, one of the few pilots from last year which I truely loved.

Terminator Salvation looks great thus far and Cameron has given it his blessing so it can't be all that bad. I'm actually considering writing a paper on McG for college.

The fact that he refers to himself as 'McG' probably annoys me more than any of his films (although the experience of watching Charlies Angels 2 was an excruciating one).

What ever happened to his planned production of Hot Wheels: The Movie? Would've been the kind of movie that was fun to hate.
