As I head into the unknown tonight and with the release (Promo for now) of my first book, I feal an era has ended , like leaving a job , I wonder will I still photography the Irish urban landsape again so thoroughly ? (I think not)

I plan to dream it all up agaim, do something different , but for now I'm proud of being able to get a book out, 2 years ago it would have been the last thing on my mind, and this is my proudest moment of a great photographic journey (honest)

I'd like to thank the many here who have helped me along the way and on this adventure, boards and this forum in particular is a great place , many of us have different styles and tastes , but there are some really helpfull people here - who helped me become an author  .. so for now a big thanks .. and talk later

    +1 Well done.
Journey is the right word ok.
Milestones that mark completion always make us look back and reflect on how far we've come. You're right to be proud, this achievement is a tangible symbol of who you are, a testament.

These transition points stand out in our memories, a time we consider our options, scary on one level as we're leaving a familiar routine and the future is unknown, but bliss too as it sinks in that anything is possible, anything, the road ahead can take you anywhere, into the valley, a Hong Kong garden, holidays in the sun (though not everyone wants them), maybe even the odd Casbah.

In any event may contentment be the primary theme as the next chapter unfolds and thanks for the inspiration.
