flash audio- via itunes?

hey wondering if anybody could help with this problem. i created this flash animation and i'd like to add a soundtrack which i composed in garage band but the export file, an .aif doesn't seem to work in flash. should i get a sound file converter or is there an easier way to get around this? cheers.

Use audacity to convert it to wav or mp3 IMO.
