Hi, Just want to know about getting driving lessons in Meath, the Ashbourne area. I did get some there before by a woman driver not mentioning any names and as a woman myself I can say this, she was very bad. I want someone who will cut to the chase, I know the very basics, I need practise and to improve, I cannot afford my own car yet, which is a pain, plus I'm lving city centre so no point buying one anyhow. I do really want to learn though and have just got my second provisional licence so need to before this one expires too!
Sorry if I'm in the wrong forum, any help greatly appreciated!
Just to know where there are good instructors who are not hugely expensive! thank you! :)
also has anyone ever done the intensive weekend of driving, they do it down the country I've heard, were after a weekend of driving constantly with an instructor your ready for your test. Sounds too good to be true!

i can give you the phone number of someone in drumcondra,if you like. he is RSA approved.

But driving leesons shouldnt be something you scrimp on. you get what you pay for and if an instructor is very cheap there must be a reason for it.

My instruction either charge €30 or €40 an hour. i cant remember to be honest.

Hope this reply isn't too late, but their is an instructor called <SNIP> who works with <SNIP>. He's very good at getting you from basics to confident driving. he does evening and weekend lessons. I got very bad lessons from another instructor and was getting nowhere after six lessons. After another two with <SNIP>, i couldn't believe how much I had learned! I passed my test after only four months of driving...

Hope this helps and safe driving...:)
