    Hi all,

I know that my company is a little screwed up but now it is costing me money, hence the rant!

Because they close over xmas they payed us our holiday money on the 17th of dec.
but because of some quirk of their pay system it is payed in the 2009 year!
So I have now been payed 2 weeks worked in 2008 in the 2009 tax year!
So not only is my pay docked the new 1% levy but also I loose out on 2 week tax credit from 2008!

    Is this legal?
