lost free to view channels

I'd be very grateful if you could help me with this problem.
We have 2 sky boxes, one with the card and one with just the free to air channels.
The card box shows RTE as 101, RTE2 as 102 and so on.
The free to air box started with BBC1 as 101, BBC2 as 102 and so on.
Recently my husband swapped the card into the freeview box, and now it's showing the RTE channels first, which means we've lost the original layout of programmes.
We tried to re-tune the frequencies to get the progs through "Other Programmes" but they're not picking up.
Is there an easy way to get back the default of BBCs and UTVs or have we botched it up?

Go to sky news, press red to the interactive channels. Turn the sky card upside down and press backup. I presume you don't mean a freeview box as this has nothing to do with receiving channels from a satellite.

Thanks a million for that Bossdrum. The only prob was that when we removed the sky card to replace it in correct box, the freeview channels reverted to RTE1 on 101, etc.
We redid the operation and this time placed an old credit card in the slot and now have all our channels working as before - thanks again.
