Problem going online with FIFA09 (help needed)

    every time a try to get a match going online it seems like the game freezes. it brings me to the team selection window and the opponents name pops up but that it. I was able to play online last week so im not sure what is going on. Anyone any ideas????

    Same here I can play as an indivual player on a team but cannot play as a team , had the same problem last night ,anyone know whats going on ?

    I'm in the same boat fellas. In only happens in ranked matches for me.

    Sometimes it might work, 1/50 chance though but most of the time it fails :mad:

    happens to me aswell. I just presumed it was the other player not liking the team i picked . Hmm

    its probably yer NAT TYPE lads...im no good at explaining it but theres some threads about it here... some people are on nat type 3, and basically thats the problem..you need to change it to NAT TYPE 1 OR 2.
    theres some vids on you tube that explains how to change...
    heres one for example but..i dont know passwords etc for eircom or that.

    lads got to this post "Playstation Online Help (Nat Type 1) ( 1 2 3)" and follow method 2 by elchanco. Did it this morning and i have nat type 1. took a few times to get but dont give up.
