Training required

A friend of mine is going to tullamore through work requirements for the next number of weeks and maybe even months. This will be for a few days every week.

I remember that there was a thread, posted before christmas, about training in or near tullamore (maybe it was mullingar?)...

He is an active MMA fighter and training ideally would be at an mma club...but failing that, subgrappling and/or bjj plus some sort of striking (i.e boxing or kboxing) would get him through..

He is willing to travel to get the right type of training..but of course..within reason!!

    Any help appreciated..

Hi marty, Our gym is in mullingar - www.phoenixmuaythai.ie we also have an grappling instructor (VNP on boards) using our gym every wed and saturday so i think this would be the best place for him to try first. Any problems pm me or my direct contact details are on the site. Goodluck
