adding photos on gmail

    im trying to add photos on gmail but for some reason i cant get them onto the body of the letter. I have a photobucket account. I have read on the net to use picassa but it is a windows based program so i dunno how else to do it. can anyone help??\

    use mail and i photo and everything links together nicely :P

    those programs are a bit confusing and for some reason my imail dosnt sync properly with gmail so not using it.

    any other alternatives?

    tried picassa but found out that was only for windows programs

    I have the same problem - can't seem to embed images in emails sent using Gmail. Maybe its a browser problem? I'm using Firefox, I'll check Safari now.

    Edit: aha, embedding works fine in Safari but not Firefox, maybe its a browser issue then...

    There is a rumour that Google are finally going to announce a version of Picasa for Mac at Macworld this week, it would be very welcome but this rumour has been doing the rounds for years now... :(
