    mma and cage fighting in waterford mail tony at blackhawkmma@live.com or PM me for our Club Number we are back to full training from monday 6.30pm we train in clinch, Submission Grappling also Brazilian Jiujitsu,Muay Thai to fight in Irish Amateur MMA League and semi and pro mma.
    Or if you just need to get back fit and loose that extra weight put on over the christmas come on down and check us out the culb is open to women and man from 16 years up :)
