Anyone trying to lose the pounds put on over x mas, why not give Muay Thai a try, guaranteed to help lose weight, get fit and learn to defend yourself. Our beginner and intermediate classes are starting back this monday and wednesday's at half 6 in the Westside Business Park, old kilmeaden road.
And the more advanced classes are on Tuesday's and Thursday's at half 7 in kilmeaden.

hi john. best of luck with your classes this year. is your show still going on in feb. if is are you using only irish fighters or are you bringing over maybe a couple of english fighters. best of luck again eric
