You should be able to get a cheap switch or hub in any electronics place, though if you're not using both appliances at the one time maybe The _Edge's suggestions would do.

    i agree.
Ive never seen these splitters either.
Just took a closer look at edges first suggestion and it says that they are *NOT* suiteable for sharing broadband.
(im gonna have to have a look at these another time)

so i would +1 on the cheap hub and just hook them all up that way - very easy to implement.

    edit:
    could even check out http://www.adverts.ie/showproduct.php?product=67895&cat=8
furlongm has a "8 port 10/100M Fast Ethernet Switch (no power supply, needs a 9V adaptor)" selling for €5 which should do your job.

if you have a router with one ethernet slot then you dont have a router: you have a modem. Get a router.

    Hub/Switch easy to set up

I dont have a ps3 so cant say for sure, but I do know you if your pc has wireless then with with the xbox 360 you can just plug the cable between the two ethernet ports and share the wireless connection on the pc (theres a few other steps involved) . Might work with the ps3 also. It's how im set up with my xbox. Just putting it out there might be worth looking into if the pc does have wireless before you buy anything.
