Hi, I've been trying to conceive but I have a cold and runny nose is quite annoying now. I think my next period should be in around 5 - 8 days. Is it safe to take Actifed or Sudafed for few days now? I took some Actifed and Lemsip for few days about a week ago too, but I stopped it because I was worried, and my runny nose…

I took some Actifed and Lemsip for few days about a week ago too, but I stopped it because I was worried, and my runny nose hasn't stopped yet and my head feels hot..
Also I might have to go on a plane soon, I am wondering if I can take travel sickness tablet as well.
