    Am receiving obscene phones messages at work. Any suggestions, experience in handling.

    As you've read the charter you'll know that legal advice is not available from this thread at all.

    You can report obscene phone calls to the IT manager in work or indeed the Gardai in conjunction with your employer. This can result in prosecution for the perpetrator/s. No telephone call is completely private, no number is completely untraceable. People who engage in such activity do so at their very own risk and it is mere folly to suggest that they cannot be caught. That goes for fixed line, mobile and IP phone.
