    While I'm here if ayone can tell me what the difference between a tom tom one classic and a "standard" tom tom one is that'd be great :D Is it just the size?

    same size AFAIK

    bought a classic for the missus for christmas and no issues with it

    the newer models have the windscreen mount built into the unit (folds into the back of it)

    Checked a lot of bricks and mortar (Halfords, Harvey Norman, PC world, Peats, Maplin) over the weekend for Garmin. Best deals I could find are online dabs.ie and elara.ie
    If you are in/around Dublin you can pick up from elara, saving postage.

    I got an email today from elara.ie for a Garmin January sale , Nuvi 255 for €125 looked a good price to me ,although i havent really being monitoring prices across the board.
