Christmas post eating fiend strikes again. The cheque was crossed (if memory serves right) so I'm hoping its just lost and not stolen. I was inside a Christmas card.

So how do I go about canceling it?

    Thank you

Contact your branch and they will cancel it for you provided it isn't cashed.

If its your cheque that you posted to someone ring your branch to cancel. If its a cheque that somebody else posted to you then they will have to cancel it with their own branch. Basically the person who wrote the cheque cancels it :)

Details required: payee, date, amount, cheque number
