Due to demand we're putting in place a new beginner's course at KO Martial Arts. K.O. 101 will start on Monday and run on a 4 weeks cycle from now until the end of the universe.

    The beginner programme consists of:
MMA 101- MMA basics including clinch, strikes subs etc.
BJJ 101- Subs, pins and escapes.
Muay Thai 101- The Ultimate striking art. Knees, kicks, boxing, elbows. With top Irish fighter and coach Paddy. In the other two classes you have to put up with me.

The time is at 7pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. We also offer classes for those who want to do just BJJ or just Thai.

    New members are always welcome.

This is actually the first time we've put on a total beginner class structure that included everything, so we're really excited about it. Hope to see you there.

Which night is Muay Thai or would it change around week to week?

Would it be ok to just go along to that?

    Cheers!

Would it be worth it even going down once a week? With work commitments, I would find it very hard to do more than that.

Some people already train once per week and just pay a drop in rate per class.
