Hi lads for any of you intereted, Phil has just sent us over a few more copies of his new Yoga for Fighters dvd. It's available from the Fightlord website here: http://www.fightlord.com/detail.php?StockCode=YFF or at any of the upcoming BJJ/MMA events where we have a stand.

The "no-nonsense yoga system" part made me laugh, but this DVD does look interesting.
Must look into yoga some time, heard its great for flexability
