    Hi guys

I am off to Orlando in September and there will be 7 in the group, my parents, myself and my girlfriend, my brother and his fiancee and my younger brother. We are looking into renting a villa for the 2 weeks while we are there and I have been looking into a bit at the moment. I was hoping that somebody on here might have been and might know the area a bit as none of the 7 of us have ever been. Can anybody reccommend an area that isn't too far from the main attractions. We have thought about renting a mini van while we are there but I was looking into the I-Ride bus and it looks pretty good so we might not rent yet. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Firstly, do a search on this forum and there be some useful info on Orlando, I know I have replied to a few queries and found some here when I was planning my trip a few years back.

    The villa we rented.

There was two familes in our group and we rented a seven seater and a five seater - handy for seperate day trip.

I found these site helpuf as well.

http://www.orlando-guide.info/ - some replies are from villa owners and they seem more interested in advertising their villa rather replying with useful info but stick with it there is good advice to be got there.

http://www.disboards.com/ - scroll more than halway down and there a thread for Uk visitors it might have the kind of info you need.

We bought our tickets before travelling, sorry can't find the site.

If you have specific questions, ask them and I'll see if anyone in our group can remember what or how we did it.

I hired a Disney Villa before. It was great but I was watching TV the other night and saw and ad for http://www.jamesvillas.ie so I went and had a look.

Their prices are ok for High Season and they have good locations near Disney and the like.

Was there last August, there was 8 of us, stayed in Rolling Hills which is a sub division of Formosa gardens in Kissimmee just off the 192. Lovely Villa, close to all attractions only 10 mins from Disney and very close to Epcot, Universal etc. I would highly recommend it. There was also shops and restaurants nearby at Formosa including Subway and Cracker barrell etc. Try myfloridavilla.com Ithink the actual house is on there. PS you've got to try out the "Soarin" virtual ride at Epcot it's unbelievable!
