Degree translation + transcript

I'm applying for a Masters course for which I need a translation of my degree cert and an official transcript. Who would be the best person to contact about this? TCD website isn't working for me for some reason!

The Student Records' Office handles the publication of transcripts and translations of them. It will take about two week. You ONLY get two copies so photocopy them as you will NOT be issued another should you lose them. The service for both is free (definitely for transcript). Their contact details can be found here.
