I began running a couple of months back nothing hectic about 6-10 k on pretty hilly raods. New year and all that want to get a little more serious plus vouchers for new running shoes!

Always feel my posture is off - I am feamle btw- when running. I hold in my tummy muscles but dont know which is the correct way to maximise my energy and improve my stride so looking for advice please. oh and due to my occupation I sew a lot so often curled over a machine so that might not help.

    Thanks so much :)

As an addition to your training try pilates. I found it great just started it as a recover from a back injury and I have noticed a big improvment in my posture. it will help both your running and aid you in work so by doing it you should kill two birds with one stone
