4 Irish Channels missing?

    Plugged out STB today when leaving the house.
    Arrived back now and plugged it back in and the four Irish channels are just showing a black screen (broadband, phone and other channels are working fine).
    I plugged it out/in again and it's still the same.
    I'm fairly new to UPC (had SKY before) so I don't know if this is a common occurance, or is there an easy explaination?

    Channels reappeared after about 30 mins.
    Won't be turning off the STB again. :rolleyes:
