Alternative to Sky box ?

OK, having had the Sky box for a year and been completely frustrated with how the EPG and "Other Channels" works, does anyone know of a box that does the following:

    1) Takes a Sky card (although this isn't a huge issue because I'm on the verge of unsubscribing given that there's feck-all worthwhile on the subbed channels)

    2) Has an RF out to feed other TVs

    3) Is compatible with / works with a "Sky Eye" setup, and possibly even the Sky remote, since I have 3

    4) Allows you to add extra / delete the rubbish channels (from the main listing, not via some stupid "Other Channels" mechanism

    5) Has a decent EPG

I also assume that any alternative to Sky will still require a UHF TV aerial for the Irish channels ?
