Hi I'm considering purchasing flight tickets from aerlingus for belfast flights. Anybody know if they can change the price of a purchased ticket based on currency fluctuations?

im sure they can

if euros are their primary currency, they can change sterling prices to follow the exchange rate, same for vice versa.

do you mean, can they change the price after you buy? If so, then no. Airline tickets change price in a daily, if not hourly, basis already. Currency variations are just a small part of what determines the price.
