Cavity behind filling

I got a pretty large filling in one of my back teeth about 8 years ago .Recently I have noticed a cavity around the back edge of the filling. The tooth is poor condition but oddly enough it isn't giving me any pain. What should I do?. Get it removed?, or get it re-filled?. What are my options?.

I had this and had to have it removed, unsure if it could have been refilled but my dentist at the time never did me wrong in any other way so I assume it was needed
