Flash / Installer probs - HELP!

    Hey all!

So a few days ago YouTube stopped working, it was displaying the message "Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player" Although, up until this point I thought I had the latest player.

So of course off I went to download the latest player, however I've had nothing but problems since.. Either I cannot successfully download Flash (Or ANY other problem for that matter) because

A.) It either won't download and I get the following message:
C:\Users\Boardsie08\AppData\Local\Temp\P4+xYK2e.exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

    Or

B.) It downloads but then I can not run the .exe file to install it because I get the following error:
The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.

This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus.

I've tried downloading various registry cleaner programs in a bid to get rid of the above errors, however I can't actually download and run them again, because of the above errors.. *sigh*

Also, I'm not sure if this is related, but when using gmail, I cannot use the "Standard View" - it loads for a while, then stops with a blank page and just the loading bar. The only way I can check my email is by switching to the Basic HTML view.. which is crap and horrible!

Anyone got any ideas of what I can do or how I can solve this?

    Thanks guys..!

You mean anything you download, you can't run? Have you tried switching browsers and seeing what happens.

Reboot in safe mode with networking and download/run ccleaner

Tap F8 at start up to access Safe Mode
