I think I'll be one of the last to join you guys in 2009, together with Blue_Lagoon and any other US Pacific Coast denizens. Unless someone here lives in Alaska, Easter Island or Hawaii, I guess. I'll be sure to turn out the lights.

Well, 2008 wasn't too bad. From snow to a pilot's license. Spending most of 09 in Afghanistan. Not sure I like that idea much. Oh well.

NYE mean's nothing to me tbh, tonight I'll be working.

What do I hope for in the coming year?...

I'd like to win more Judo fights, this year through injury and lack of motivation I hardly won a thing.

I'd like to get called for and pass the selection for the Prison service and finally retire from the Defence Forces, I'm up on 24yrs now and time to hang up my ol' boots.

One of my closest friends in the world is only five hours flying time away from me, and we haven't seen each other in seven long years, although we speak almost daily. I'd like to get around to making a visit, if I go to Kosovo this coming year we'll deffo meet again.

Other than all that I'd hope for health and happiness for all my family & friends, even the friends here on boards who reside in my computer and whom I never hope to meet.

Im gonna try and stop skapegoating other ****ers at work even though their ****ups make my day worse.
From now on the buck stops here.
And as well as that I was a right moany bollix in 2008.
This time last year I was probably winding my way around Melbourne, drunk, waiting for the fireworks to go off.
At least I am not there anymore so 2009 is already looking up for me.
