New Year's Eve Events in Waterford

So what's the best place to go to this new Year's Eve in waterford. I've heard rumours that Ruby's is 25euro in. Surely it can't be that much!!! I wouldn't go in there anyway if it was free. So take it away people - any suggestions (and put in how much too :))
