Contention Ratio

I was looking at the 7MB broadband from eircom and it doesn't seem to mention the actual ratio for the contention ratio on the site, it simply explains the term. Is there anywhere to find this out? Or for a pacticular exchange, Im on the Ennis one..

Nope,
24:1 on upto 7.6mbit
48:1 on upto 1 and 3mbit
