    i put a USB flash key into my imac and it sad , The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer. ten mins earlyer it worked as i was looking at something on it but i paused the thing for 5 mins and came back to it and it was stuck so i could not even force quit now it will not take the USB key anybody help

    Have you tried to restart your computer, sorry if I am stating the obvious but you have not indicated what you have done.

    Aye, restart your Mac and see if it recognises the USB.

    If it doesn't open up Disk Utility and it should show up there. You'll see various options there that may remedy your problem. Hope that helps. :)
