I'm thinking of buying a chrome kitchen table with a shiney black glass surface something along the lines of the one below. I know that clear glass can be an absolute nightmare to keep clean, anyone have any idea if black glass is any better? 400-104153.jpghttp://dwell.co.uk/104153

if you thought clear glass was difficult to keep clean, wait and see what dark glass is like!!

It'll be fine as long as nobody touches it - ever, because every fingermark will show on the surface. Because it's black the dust will really show up on it too, and this type of table only looks well if it's absolutely spotless.
Only buy it if you're willing to look after it on a daily basis.
