Upgrade Panther to Tiger

Hi, I've a 800Mhz G4 iBook running 10.3.9 and would like to upgrade to 10.4.x. Is there an upgrade disc I can buy or do I have to buy the full Tiger version? And how much am I looking at? The iBook only cost me €150 so don't want to spend over the odds for upgrade. Cheers, Rob
