    Hi all
Just wanted to get a bit of feedback as to the numbers on the GOAL miles on christmas morning. I was in Tullamore as per usual and the crowds were massive, maybe something to do with the unseasonal weather but hopefully the chance to give your morning to charity, and it was very encouraging.Even since the autumn, ive noticed alot more people on the roads or up on the grass tracks.

Yes I've been noticing a running boom the last while too. Its hard to quantify though as it may just that I am getting more aware of runners or joggers when I am out and about. I suppose looking at the numbers in the mass participation races is a good indicator. I know numbers in competitive club races aren't great or I'm assuming they aren't great.

I was in Phoenix Park for the GOAL and there was a steady stream of runners too. I wonder how much they raised compared to the previous year?

I did the Goal mile in Tralee. The event was only on from 10-11. We arrived at 10.30 and only saw about 20 people doing it which was a bit disappointing considering the great weather.
