I Recently have bought a new LCD monitor for a PC , but I cant seem to set it to an appropriate settings as it seems to continue to hurt my eyes every day regardless of what settings it is at.

Could somebody please post up their settings so that I could try them - contrast etc, Is there some setting that I am missing?

Each monitor is different, the settings from my Dell monitor for example will be completely different to whatever monitor you have. I would suggest playign around with the brightness/contrast and the likes. Also play about with the screen resolution ( 1024*768 or 1200*800 ) Also RTFM if you dont know how to do this.
