it wasnt a smart reply, if ur havin that bad speeds, no forum is goin to be able to do anythin about it and some people need to be told what to do, its ridiculus

Boards contributors are not mind readers. I have written this loads of times before!

If you want help with a problem you need to give as much information as possible - there are any number of reasons why the speed could be slow from lousy wiring to contention etc etc.

    At a minimum:

    your isp:
    What product are you on?
Are you using a wireless connection? (If so is it secure)
What is your normal speed like - does this problem happen at particular times of the day?
Have you checked for virus problems?
    And line stats if possible.
