I bought "Company of Heroes" and when i went to install,a notification of failure appeared "your video card does not support shader model 1.1"
What does that mean?
Will i have to get a new video card?
What type of card for INSPIRON 1300?
Where do i insert video card?

It means that the on-board graphics in the laptop cannot handle the basic minimum requirements for the game.

You can't upgrade that laptop, so you will never be able to play the game on it.
