My fantastic partner bought me a new road bike for Christmas but I can't find any info on it anywhere on the net, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about it. Its a BH global concept G2. It also has a uci protour logo, it has the letters FBS also, and seems to have campagnola gear components, I found a G2 on the set that had an intergrated seat post but mine is not like that, ill post a picture

Look for holes at the back near the dropouts (where the wheel fits in.) Probably the answer will be no- generally road bikes aren't designed to take them. If not, you can fit a rack using P-Clips (I have done this myself on a fixie.)

nope no holes, if i used clips to mount them would that be ok, I was planning a trip to france dudring the summer on the bike, would it be ok to fit two bags to carry some gear? Or would it be a bad idea, im presuming that my bike would be good for this also

It might be, if you kept it very light indeed. The wheels might be a risk for extended touring- low/paired spoke wheels can be plenty tough but if a spoke goes the rim is likely to deform to the point the bike is uncyclable. You could also consider a (very) large saddle bag.
