Bought online and item not received...

Hi, I bought a record through Music Stack from a UK seller about a month ago and it never showed up. The guy I've been in contact there has been lovely in terms of checking if he can get the same record again, but I just wanted to know what my rights are in this case? Am I entitled to a refund if the item never appeared?…

Am I entitled to a refund if the item never appeared? Music Stack is a bit like ebay in terms of being based around ratings systems, but they don't intervene in disputes

A private sale has no consumer protection, so you have no rights. You can ask for a refund, and see if the seller can claim on insurance.
