    Dude, two things:

The play and charge XBOX 360 controller that you have wont work with your computer because the detachable usb wire only carries the charge and no other information. To use the wireless controller with your pc you need to get the wireless receiver which is about €20. On the other hand, if you have a controller that is a permanently wired controller then it will work fine.

Get the drivers from here http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=Gaming

    Hope this helps!

I've seen them in most Game Shops. Its a small usb dongle thing. It may be a bit more than €20 actually, i've noticed Carphone Warehouse selling them for €40 but Amazon have them for $17, strange. Anyway, heres the link of what you need http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-Wireless-Gaming-Receiver-Windows-Pc/dp/B000HZFCT2

You may still need to download the drivers but once you get it working it will work for all your games, google earth, mouse replacement etc if you use it in conjunction with xpadder.
