    It seems to me that over the past few months lots of golf clubs in the greater Dublin area have been advertising deals and special offers for new members.

    I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread (mods - if there already is one, sorry, but I couldn't find it) detailing these special offers.

    If anyone has any info, just add it to this thread.

    Castleknock Golf Club

    * No Joining Fee

    * Annual €2,750 (plus VAT plus €250 for bar levy opt.)

    * Husband and Wife membership €5,000

    Just looking at the latest teetimes email offers... some absolute belters if you're off during the week.

    Take Friday for example... St Margaret's (€17), South County (€14), Knightsbrook (€17), Dunmurry Springs (€15), Hermitage (€15).

    Great value... shame i'll be in work!:(
