Stolichnaya Vanilla is much better in my opinion.

The only thing I've found it to mix well with ever is Coke, anyone have any other ideas?

Got a bottle of Absolut Mango recently too, I tried it with some soda water and a bit of orange juice, not sure what that would mix with either!

    +1

The vanilla flavour does not taste right and it's too sickly. Go with Stoli.

    7up, chocolate syrup, coffee.

Just get a real vanilla pod and stick it in vodka. The good thing about the flavoured absoluts is that it is that they tend to be neutral spirits, while normal absolut has different parts of the distillation "cuts" added back in for flavour (and hangovers!)

Grand must try some vannila vodka with cola in an attempt to create an alcoholic vannila coke.

Anyone know where you could get hold of it in the Galway area? :)

I'd have thought any decent offy, like Harvest, would have it. If all else fails, DrinkStore delivers.

The absolut flavours are everywhere now. Irish distillers are really pushing them, I'm sure I saw them on offer in one of the supermarkets during the week.

They have it in Dunnes for €17 along with Raspberry, Citron, the normal one and another flavour, I think it was pear or maybe melon.

I bought the raspberry one and I'm not too impressed. Regular Absolut is one of my favourite vodkas but the raspberry one doesn't really taste of raspberry.
