    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has every sold their house that was covered under the Affordable Houseing Scheme. Bought our house in Cork City about 7 years ago and plan on moving in 2009 (new addition to family!!!). But there is a "Clawback Clause" which the Cork Coperation are very "fuzzy" about - they won't give direct %'s until we get a selling price.
We're just at the begining of our search so we may get more specific info in time but thought I just see if anyone has had similar experinces.
    Cheers.
